Solutions Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Solutions Support professional to provide technical assistance and user support for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Build a deep understanding of the application, API, and client tools
Provide customer and technical support via email, phone, and other electronic mediums
Assist with client onboarding, user support, and ticket management

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in SaaS-based B2B support roles
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Experience with console troubleshooting is preferred
Experience with ZenDesk and JIRA is a plus
Experience with Smarty is a plus
