Job Description:

A company is looking for a VMS Fulfillment Specialist in the Centralized Solutions category.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor dashboards/reports for new orders from selected VMS clients and find candidates to submit to the orders
Screen, interview, and place candidates on job orders in assigned market or region based on highest demand/need
Maintain a robust available candidate funnel and re-deploy previously placed associates whenever possible

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume driven environment
Experience using various technological platforms and dashboards to drive solid decision making
Strong attention to detail and experience managing complex business requirements simultaneously
Exemplary customer service skills including ability to maintain professionalism during stressful situations and maintain diplomacy during difficult customer or vendor situations
Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products
