A company is looking for a Junior Program Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Researching and qualifying new leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets

Required Qualifications:

BCA/MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science
Excellent phone and cold calling skills
Experience in outbound calls and upselling products and services
Knowledge of product and service information and updates
Ability to stay informed about competing products and services
