Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish FHA Mortgage
Origination Customer Service Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, responding to calls and emails
regarding FHA guidelines and procedures
Utilize mortgage industry knowledge to locate answers in a
knowledge database
Follow standard operating procedures and document all contacts in a
database
Required Qualifications:
Fluent communication in Spanish and English, both verbally and
written
At least 2 years of FHA loan origination experience and an
additional year of customer service or contact center experience,
or at least 3 years of loan origination experience with
conventional loans and/or other government-backed loans
High School diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
Minimum internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, and
a direct Ethernet connection
