to join our Account Planning team in our Fragrances & Beauty
(F&B) division in New York. Reporting to the Senior Manager of
Owned Account Planning, you will play a leading role collaborating
with our Account Planning and internal teams on pre-season and
in-season plans to align on sales, shipments, and inventory
strategies to support the success of our business and key
divisional initiatives. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Our

to: Assist our multi-faceted and evolving Owned distribution
networkCollaborate on multiple priorities with high level of
autonomyThink strategically and critically to identify
opportunities for success Key Responsibilities include: Create and
execute retail sales & net shipment plans by month annually, given
the retailer current state as well as incorporating retailer
projections, internal goals and product newness.Collaborate with
internal partners and retailer merchant teams on business reviews
and plan revisions to influence buying strategies in support of
Chanel strategic objectives and brand philosophiesAssist management
in reviewing and re-projecting merchandise, inventory, and
financial plans per the corporate cadencePartner with Senior
Manager, Account Planner and internal partners to understand retail
potential of planned promotional activity and local initiatives to
ensure inventory is planned accordinglyDrive for financial
disciplines and inventory efficiency while working with the Account
buyer and inventory planner to support the execution of the
merchandise strategyProvide analysis and distribution of key
retailer KPIs like BOM, inventory turn, and as it related to last
forecast.Partner with Chanel Supply Chain Planning teams on OMNI
inventory needs, including status of new product campaigns,
incoming inventory and potential impact to the businessPartner with
Campaign planners to influence product allocation based on market
dynamic and account needsManage, communicate, and execute
phase-ins, phase-outs, return of goods on discontinued and
post-holiday items and track in-season complianceSupport manager in
leading and supporting daily weekly business updates and Account
deep dives and analysis related to performance, risk and strategic
business opportunities, encompassing both internal and external

Degree required, in the area of Supply Chain, Merchandising,
Finance or related quantitative discipline3-4 years of business
experience with high preference for 1 year of experience within
store planning, allocation, forecasting, distribution, supply chain
or financeKnowledge of ERP systems such as SAPExpert in Microsoft
Office with strength in ExcelConstant use of analytical and
judgment skills to improve forecast accuracy and the quality of the
forecast.Creative thinking skills to develop solutions to complex
problems that don't appear to have one clear answerEfficient time
manager and multitasker that can work through multiple issues
concurrently Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for
this position is $ 58,200 throug h $90,000. Base salary is one
component of the total compensation for this position. Other
