Job Description:

We are actively recruiting individuals to help us shape the future of healthcare in Stamford. It is important to note that our organisation has received a rating of "Requires Improvement" from the CQC, after previously being rated as "Inadequate." To address this, we have implemented measures to improve and integrate local processes and policies. Our goal is to enhance our rating, and to achieve this, we are looking to strengthen our clinical workforce.
Main duties of the job

• Work under the GMS contract
  
• Utilize SystmOne
  
• Achieve excellent QOF results
  
• Collaborate with a varied team of allied health professionals, including MSK specialists, FCPs, ANPs, Social Prescribers, the neighbourhood team, GPAs, and the clinical pharmacy team. We are part of an active and effective PCN.
  
• Operate within a management structure comprising a Hub Manager, Operations Manager & Compliance Manager, and Patient Services Manager.
  
• Benefit from dedicated central team support, including Safeguarding, Finance, HR, and Quality & Compliance.
  
• Participate in Lakeside Healthcare's Primary Care Skills Academy, which matches skills and training opportunities with future workforce needs.
  
• Enjoy good commuter links to the Midlands, Cambridge, and London.
  
• Experience flexible working, caring and innovative partnerships, and involvement in teaching and training, with Stamford recognized by Cambridge University as an award-winning teaching practice.

  Looking to expand our partnership, we seek an enthusiastic, forward-thinking partner to join our friendly, patient-centred dispensing and teaching practice. Our practice comprises 7 Partners and 6 salaried GPs serving 27,000 patients within a charming mix of market town and village communities. Stamford Surgeries are part of a larger partnership serving 170,000 patients across 8 sites.
