ISO ClaimSearch is the property/casualty insurance industry s first
and only comprehensive system for improving claims processing and
fighting fraud. Each year, participating insurers and other
organizations submit tens of millions of reports on individual
The Compliance Associate will support the ISO ClaimSearch
Compliance Unit in their daily activities. Primary job functions
include performing audits of our customers use of ISO ClaimSearch
and responding to subpoena requests of our records nationwide. This
is an excellent opportunity to enter the growing Information
Services industry and develop with one of its leading
* Review management reports and other criteria to identify audit
candidate companies and offices, and methods of reporting that
could affect company results. Present findings for review on a
* Enter audit requests in ISO ClaimSearch, at direction of the
Assistant Compliance Manager, and assure results are received.
Obtain contracts and documentation to assist in audit issues that
* Conduct a designated monthly number of audits in accordance with
the documented standard operating procedure, including:
* Drafting and delivering initial audit notification documentation
to subject companies.
* Reviewing and analyzing response documentation provided by
* Communicating audit results with subject companies and follow up
for plans of action where appropriate.
* Exploring remediation possibilities with audited companies where
applicable and reassessing future use.
* Serving as the primary point of contact with the subject company
throughout the audit process.
* Review and respond in a timely fashion to subpoenas received on a
daily basis in accordance with the documented standard operating
* Timely creation of and contribution to monthly department reports
detailing all activities assigned.
* Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
* Some auditing or performance evaluation helpful
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have the ability to multi-task with high level of attention
* Excellent reading comprehension and analytical skills
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft business applications including
Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
* Familiarity with insurance claims operations (optional)
