Job Description:
Kiely Family of Companies, a leader in the engineering,
development, and construction industry sectors, is seeking a
Director of Digital Content and Marketing to enhance our brand
presence and drive our digital marketing strategies. This strategic
role involves overseeing the creation and implementation of digital
content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our
business objectives of fostering community improvement and
supporting infrastructure growth. The ideal candidate will possess
a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team
towards achieving exceptional business results. Develop and
implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance
company visibility and engagement. Lead and manage the digital
content team, ensuring high-quality content creation that aligns
with strategic goals. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics
to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
based on these insights. Collaborate with other departments to
integrate marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency. Stay
up-to-date with digital technology developments and introduce new
tools and applications to enhance the digital marketing efforts.
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of
resources. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure digital marketing
efforts are aligned with the company’s long-term goals. Expertise
in digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, and analytics
platforms. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data
and provide insights. Strong project management skills with the
ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in
content creation and knowledge of best practices in social media
marketing. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords or
equivalent digital marketing certifications are highly preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
