Core Responsibilities Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key ad products, leveraging customer feedback, data, and market trends. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, science, design, legal, and executive teams to deliver products. Technical Expertise: Translate business goals into technical requirements, influencing engineering discussions and understanding complex systems. Innovation: Drive new features, especially in emerging areas like Generative AI for campaign creation or Audio Ads, and improve core infrastructure. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
