This Part Time Facilities Clerk Position Features:
? Proactively and reactively maintain office cleanliness, to
include all common areas ? kitchens, supply/mail rooms, conference
rooms, and employee lounge/gathering space.
? Clean and wipe down kitchens on a regular basis, check carpets
for stains and clean, toss paper and materials/trash left in
conference rooms, bring extraneous supplies back to supply room for
reuse, monitor restrooms and kitchens for soaps or other items,
? Keep kitchens and supply shelves stocked.
? Manage inventory control and alert manager systematically when
low or out of items.
? Assist with various tasks such as moving furniture, hanging white
boards and cork boards, painting, etc.
? Prepare rooms for meetings, to include room sets, food deliveries
and set-ups, and collaboration with IT on AV needs.
? Responsible for collating copy jobs, as necessary.
? Communicate effectively with vendors and staff verbally, by mail,
and/or by email clearly and effectively in order to understand
needs, issues, and concerns or relay other information. Work with
manager and team to ensure there is a quick and suitable resolution
to any problems.
? Ensure compliance with and following building recycling, trash
removal, and other policies/procedures.
? Cover basic receptionist duties, if called upon.
? Complete other tasks as assigned by Employee Services Manager,
Facilities, Associate Director, Employee Services and VP, HR..
