Job Description:
WKO is embarking on a strategic program to establish a
Continuous KYC (cKYC) operating model using artificial intelligence
(AI), machine learning (ML) & automaton. The Business Analyst is
accountable for gathering requirements, facilitating workshops,
analyzing data to support conclusions and strategies and tracking
implementation of cKYC operating model. This is a multi-year
program to deliver significant benefits while positively impacting
client experience and improving risk management. The Business
Analyst will act as an individual contributor. Primary
responsibilities include: Facilitating workshops, meetings and
stakeholder interviews Developing communications tailored to
specific audiences Analyzing data to support conclusions and
strategies, and design organizations. Other tasks may include:
developing surveys, or other methods for gathering data, developing
stakeholder maps and supporting administrative aspects of
Continuous KYC (cKYC) initiatives Engages in constructive debate
with stakeholders Documenting requirements from the product
owner/business lead Developing process maps to understand As-Is and
To-Be scenarios Clarify the meaning and intent of requirements to
development and testing teams Identifying and prioritizing key
opportunities aligned to our overall strategy Assist in building
project management discipline and methodology Project governance
and reporting for WKO & senior leadership. Qualifications: 7+ years
of deep experience in strategy, analytics and driving complex
programs Direct experience in Client onboarding or KYC is preferred
Strong organizational navigation skills and ability to influence
outcomes based upon well-reasoned views and arguments Strong
critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience with data
analysis, synthesis and problem solving Excellent written, verbal
communication & presentation skills Experience with user-focused
product management including organizing user experience workshops,
requirement collection, and change management Ability to
communicate complex ideas, storytelling (verbal and written), and
influence both upward and downward AI/ML experience will be
