Quantitative Insight Analyst at Azurite you will be responsible for
managing digital campaigns, focusing on creation, optimization and
performance, as well as enhancing our automated workflows and AI to
bolster our digital marketing capabilities and unlock future
business opportunities. This role is fast paced and demanding to
meet client needs, while delivering exceptional quality. -The
successful candidate will join us before the end of summer.>

include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively create, manage and prioritize multiple live
campaigns across a spectrum of channels/platforms
- Actively optimize live campaigns to ensure precision and
effectiveness, with a strong, proactive and constant ability to
focus on clear monitoring and tracking
- Proactively and independently identify and develop improvements
in Azurite campaign management capabilities to improve company and
personal efficiency
- Willingness to execute and get your hands dirty - this role is
about doing, not overseeing

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Deep interest in joining a boutique primary research consulting
firm with a 'start-up' mentality and to be part of the team that
focuses on and enables ambitious growth
- Degree in the field of STEM -
- Experience in a heavily data-driven professional environment

- Comfortable building and managing multiple marketing audiences
with limited information and in an expedited schedule
- Naturally curious and detailed oriented
- Ability to rapidly troubleshoot, iterate and respond to
business-related problems using a consultative approach
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graphic design skills preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS or other common web
development languages (e.g. Python, R, etc.)
- Skilled in MS office and in particular advanced Excel
skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, strong work ethic, and friendly
attitude
