We provide our employees with a learning environment that promotes growth and creativity.To learn more please visit us at www.lntinfotech.com and follow us on Twitter @LTI_Global and Follow us at @LTI_Global on Instagram.Job Role - Business Analyst With BPM Tool exp. --- Location: Jersey City, NJ --- Employment Type: Fixed Term/PermanentYour Role:--- Prepare backlog and run meetings to elaborate, define accurate acceptance, prioritize, size and schedule stories into sprints--- Develop an in-depth understanding of BCMA business requirements to create complex flow diagrams of business processes related to application support.--- Analyze support processes and their effectiveness.--- Work with product owner/business users on capturing all incoming requirements and changes in a form of user stories.--- Work closely with Appian team/project manager to convert business use cases into agile epics, stories and actionable tasks.--- Coordinate with BCMA business and ensure user stories have accurate and specific acceptance criteria.--- Manage and keep product backlog up-to-date and ensure stories and task are complete prior to sprint planning.--- Capture ongoing changes to the user stories as they are being analyzed, designed and implemented during the sprints.--- Assist product owner with the users stories prioritization.--- As user stories are implemented, capture new or changed functionality in a form of functional requirements with the goal of maintaining the definitive functional description documents for the system consistent with deployed software.Required Qualifications:--- 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in Banking domain--- Working on agile software development projects and agile SDLC.--- Working on, coordinating and communicating on cross-team initiatives--- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence--- Familiar with information technology architecture, governance and data exchange.--- Working with BPM (Business Process Management) tools; Apian experience a plus.--- Effectively prioritize work, troubleshoot issues, communicate effectively and complete tasks on time.--- Proficient with presentation and web communication tools.--- Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience.--- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.--- Customer service oriented.--- Passion and drive for learning new technologies and practices.--- Detail oriented across multiple different teams, while keeping in mind the larger picture.--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills--- Adaptable, dependable, and independent.How will you grow? --- Role-based Training programs --- Continuing Education Programs (CEP) to enhance your knowledge, skills, and attitude as a professional --- We encourage you to acquire various beneficial international certifications, with costs s reimbursed --- Our role-based workshop helps us groom future leaders for LTIWhat's in it for you? --- Excellent benefits plan: medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, & PTO --- Roll over vacation days --- Commuter benefits --- Excellent growth and advancement opportunities --- Certification reimbursement --- Rewards and recognition programs --- Innovative and collaborative company cultureWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
