This position is for a Construction Project Manager, joining a well established Construction Management firm in New Jersey.Splitting your time working from the office in Iselin, NJ and at the project location, the Construction Project Manager will lead efforts to successfully deliver each project under their assignment to the agreed time-line, budget and contract terms. Client DetailsYou will be joining one of the leading national CM firms in the USA. With an enviable roster of clients and a healthy pipeline of work under contract in the Phama and Health-care sectors, the business is in a prime position to grow their office in New Jersey.DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager will report directly to the Division Operations Manager as well as the senior management team. The position encompasses a variety of responsibilities relating to project management, strategic planning, and client customer service.Profile

• The Construction Project Manager will ideally posses 10+ years experience as a PM overseeing complex new construction and renovation projects for Pharmaceutical and/or Health-care clients.
• You will hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• You will have a strong knowledge of working in highly regulated, operational sites and have excellent relationships with local sub contractors, vendors and third parties in New Jersey.
• MEP experience is highly preferred - Chillers / Boilers / Air Handlers etc.
• Must be an excellent communicator that thrives in a team first environment! Job Offer
  • Base salary: $150 - $180k (negotiable depending on experience)
