Position Title : Accounts Payable Analyst Industry : Marketing & Advertising Pay : $28/hr. - $32/hr. Location : Jersey City, NJ ( Hybrid - 2/3 days' work from home flexibility ) A large organization in business since 1948 specializing in providing marketing & advertising services to healthcare organizations across 93 countries is currently hiring within their accounting department for an Accounts Payable Analyst. The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for processing and monitoring weekly invoice payments, maintaining a large vendor database and resolve complex discrepancies. This is a great opportunity for an accounts payable professional to join a stable organization with tons of career growth. This position offers hybrid flexibility with the expectation to be in office 2/3 days a week, candidates must be commutable to Jersey City, NJ! Responsibilities include :

• Process and monitor invoices weekly for payments and expenditures to ensure their receipt within established terms.
• Prepare and administer weekly check-runs of up to $5M for vendor services rendered and employee expense reimbursement.
• Maintain financial files for back up reports, billings, and financial audits.
• Manage relationships and routine correspondences between multiple vendors and project leaders.
• Electronic routing of invoices for approval in JD Edwards.
• Complete the cash receipts processing for Accounts Receivable.
• Resolve vendor issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
