You have found the right team. As our payment solutions continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking an experienced a NYC-area or San Francisco based Pre-sales Client Consultant to lead client engagement, develop/evolve client use cases, and prioritize our build. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing partners to grow and evolve our expanding payment solutions offerings globally. Job responsibilities
    • Lead client engagement: Create, manage, and deliver our offering to clients and internal partners, with the objective to maximize client value and accompanying firm revenue
    • Develop / evolve client use cases: Identify and evolve innovative payment solutions to address payout requirements across segments - including marketplaces, e-commerce, mobility, gig economy, and gaming - working in conjunction with clients and internal partners
    • Prioritize our build: Leverage client insights, conduct market research & competitive analysis, and identify segment trends to drive build prioritization decisions
    • Support responsibilities include:
    • Grow and manage the pipeline - identify opportunity, track client engagement, highlight key wins, and report commercialization progress
    • Develop cross-product partnership and solutions for consistent joint pitches, including between Concourse, Wallet, Validation Services, Embedded Banking, Core Cash/Payments, Channels and Merchant Services
    • Share technical expertise via internal API education and client messaging demos Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
      • Experience of 5-8+ years in a Payments product, FinTech, Advisory of Sales role, solving client challenges and meeting team objectives with a client-focused mindset
      • Track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
      • Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively executing initiatives alongside cross-functional teams
      • Understanding of API solutions and technology trends that impact our business
      • Proficiency in presentation and communication skills across functions, teams and levels
      • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
      • Strong business, financial and analytical acumen
      • Positive attitude towards compliance and controls
      • Proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus
      • Knowledge of Wholesale Payments products including Liquidity, FX, Channels, Merchant Services, Commercial Card - preferred
