We're seeking a future team member in the role of Production
Services Storage to join our Technology Production Services team
with a Service Management organization This role is located in
Jersey City, NJ Flex Agile
- Conducting configuration and management of Enterprise Storage
infrastructure including Dell EMC PowerMax, VMAX3, XIO, PURE and
IBM storage arrays for block storage solutions for
business-critical applications leveraging experience with
Implementation Disaster Recovery solutions including SRDF/Async and
SRDF/Metro solutions for multi-site replications.
- Managing Netapp CDOT FAS filers for file storage solutions
using OnCommand System Manager, CLI and Active IQ Unified Manager
for file storage solutions supporting NFS, CIFS and unix/ntfs
controlled multiprotocol NAS storage solutions and implementing
Snapmirror (Async and sync) for disaster recovery solutions for
two/three site replications, snapshot and snapvaults for backups
for file storage.
- Supporting Dell ECS, and Netapp StorageGrid for object storage
solutions for critical applications.
- Planning and supporting Critical Enterprise Disaster Recovery
tests including validation and remediation of replication or
configuration issues for successful testing.
- Leveraging experience with Block, NAS storage migrations for
Tech Refresh and DataCenter relocations using OpenReplicator, SRDF,
- Supporting code upgrades on Block storage systems such as
PowerMax, VMAX, and Netapp CDOT filers and object storage systems
and SAN switches as per engineering recommendations.
- Overseeing resolution of incidents and problems within agreed
service levels including classification, prioritization and
initiation of action, identification and determination of root
causes and implement of remedies.
- Troubleshooting performance, access or any end user issues
related to Block, file and Object storage and working with storage
vendors and internal teams for resolving break-fix activities to
ensure storage infrastructure is redundant; and
- Monitoring and alerting configuration for SAN, Block, File and
Object storage infrastructure.

Designs, implements, integrates, and provides full support for
complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment.
Maintains and supports moderately complex infrastructure
environments. Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter

Creation of architectural diagrams and design specifications to aid
automation.Designs, implements, and maintains automation toolsets
for configuration management, infrastructure and application
deployment processes. Complex Incident, Problem Management &
Troubleshooting.Maintains business and operations relationships to
ensure business needs are addressed. Interface with other
technology groups including Application Development and Support.May
mentor or provide guidance for junior team members.Contributes to

related discipline, or equivalent work experience required;
advanced degree preferred10 - 12 years of related infrastructure
experience required; experience in the securities or financial

position is expected to be between $98,000 and $216,000 per year at
the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will
be determined on an individualized basis, including as to
experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total
compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also
include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and
long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit

compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to
individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or
