Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer daily and weekly audits to ensure adherence to business
processes and procedures
Identify defects and issues in processes and determine the root
cause
Develop and maintain expertise in business rules and department
utilized applications
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience;
Associates degree preferred
Previous managed healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of QA audit process and area of audit
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures
Ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented
environment
