Genesis10 is currently seeking an Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.Responsibilities:

• Partner with Technology Executives and Business Support Mangers (BSMs) to lead discussions
• Coordinate the financial forecasts, analyze/manage of actuals along with related staffing inputs, using internal Headcount & Forecasting tools
• Manage the process and tracking of staffing, HR and other people related activities
• Support Invoice reconciliations and SOW maintenance
• Delivery of regular management reporting, in conjunction with senior technology leads.
• Support enterprise business continuity and compliance routines within the team
• Organize the management agenda; coordinates materials and communications for All Hands, SLT meetings, business reviews and off-sitesRequirements:
  • 4+ years in Finance / Workforce Management / Business Management role
  • Analytical and have the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience coordinating monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with Finance and Business Managers
  • Effective communication and presentative skills
  • Proven quantitative capabilities
  • Strong financial acumen
