About the Role

This is a lead/supervisory role for a Senior Production Technician to perform daily manufacturing tasks in an ISO-regulated cleanroom. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Line Lead, Production Lead, or Supervisor and be skilled in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting semi-automatic and automatic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble components and perform in-process quality checks


Complete accurate batch and manufacturing records per GDP


Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot filling and pouching equipment


Perform routine equipment maintenance and schedule calibrations


Assist with packaging, sterilization prep, and occasional warehouse support


Train production staff and report status or issues to the Production Manager


Support label approvals and manage specialty product claims (e.g., Organic, non-GMO)



Requirements

10+ years of cleanroom manufacturing experience


Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)


Experience with production equipment operations and basic maintenance


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Knowledge of SOPs, ISO, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards


Familiarity with PLC is a plus
