JG Consulting is seeking Sales Development Representatives. Due to rapid growth, we are trying fill several positions helping top doctors with a suite of technology and marketing tools to ensure communication between patients and doctors is a more accessible, modern and seamless experience. Currently serving over 3,600+ practices they enable doctors to focus on what they do best: providing great patient care. Our SDRs are hungry, sales-focused teammates who want to grow quickly within the fast-paced world of startup tech sales.Uncompromising, up for some competitive fun, and always excited to celebrate each other's wins, this team truly works just as hard as they play. After 3 months of showing off their sales chops, SDRs have a potential fast-track promotion to Account Executives after 90 days.*Overview Of the Opportunity*- Competitive $50,000 base + commission - W2 position- Initial On-target earnings - $84,000 per year. Sales reps that performwell will get promoted to an Account Executive role in 3 months & earn north of $110,000per year- Unlimited PTO / Monthly Happy Hours / Weekly Free Lunches/ Wellness Benefits (ex: Gym membership) / Commuter Benefits / CitiBike Membership /HealthAdvocate Services- Free Mental Health Benefits / Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match / 11 Paid Holidays- Office located In Manhattan, NY near Brooklyn bridge & FDR Drive- Working hours are 9am to 6pm est- In-office work days are Wednesday-Thursday- Receive hands-on training and coaching for two full months (Fully Paid)- Award-winning sales training program that teaches themeverything they need about the job and got to become a sales all-star*Essential Functions & Responsibilities*- Qualifying potential prospects through scripted, outbound calling efforts, you getsynced with an autodialer and conduct 15-20 pitches a day- Scheduling Demos for Account Executives- Weekly 1:1s & Listening Sessions for Career Development- Creating a pipeline for net new Revenue- Utilizing SalesForce to schedule qualified, vetted medical practices with AccountExecutives- Reporting key findings about leads to the Sales Development team- Assisting the Sales team throughout the sales cycle- Weekly 1:1s & Listening Sessions for Career Development- Continually honing your sales skills, growing within the Sales team- Meaningfully contributing to team meetings, training, policies,strategy and culture*Skills & Background*- No previous sales experience is required- You are coachable, flexible and hungry- You hit the ground running and your drive to succeed is unmatched- You are an achiever.
