Job Description:

A company is looking for a Channel Sales Planning and Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of the leader's strategy by leveraging data, tools, and technology
Develop and review key performance indicators and metrics for the growth plan
Project manage the launch of critical initiatives and oversee quarter execution and closure

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
Experience in sales compensation plans, territory design, and maintenance
Ability to remove obstacles and empower growth as a strategic partner to field leadership
Proficiency in systems and automation tools
