Summary/objective We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contact Eligibility Specialist to join our team. This role involves placing orders, verifying insurance coverage, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional service related to contact lens needs. Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. - Place and track contact lens orders through various vendors - Communicate with patients regarding order status, pick-up, and delivery - Check patient insurance eligibility and verify contact lens coverage - Verify prescriptions and ensure order accuracy - Maintain inventory of trial lenses and supplies - Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff for updated prescriptions or special orders - Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve order issues with vendors - Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone PI026c430039f9-37156-38100468
