Division Manager Philadelphia serving the Mid-Atlantic Region
$90k - $110k Base with Annual bonuses. On-site | Growth
Opportunities The Division Manager based in Philadelphia will be
serving the Mid-Atlantic Region and will lead the full performance
of the lawn services division—driving strategy, financial results,
operational excellence, and team leadership. This role is ideal for
someone who blends hands-on industry experience with strong
business and people management skills. About the Role Key
Responsibilities Lead the division’s strategy, daily operations,
and long?term growth Own full P&L performance, ensuring revenue
growth and healthy margins Build and manage annual budgets,
forecasts, and seasonal plans Analyze financial results and
implement corrective actions when needed Lead, coach, and hold
accountable field leaders and lawn care crews Set and track KPIs
for productivity, quality, safety, and profitability Improve
routing, staffing, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
Maintain high service standards and strong client retention Oversee
equipment, fleet planning, and asset lifecycle management Partner
with sales and leadership on pricing, contracts, and growth
initiatives Drive continuous improvement across operations and
financial performance Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory,
and company standards Present operational and financial updates to
executive leadership Qualifications 5 years in lawn care,
landscaping, or field?service operations Proven leadership of
multi-crew or multi-site teams Demonstrated success with P&L
ownership and financial management Strong strategic thinking and
decision-making abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills Proficiency with operational, scheduling, and
reporting systems Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) Work
Environment Regular field presence to assess operations and service
quality Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation · Base Salary $100 - $110K Base with Annual bonusses.
