Variable Comp: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 Total OTE: $110,000.00

micro-management. Job Responsibilities: • Lead Generation
Excellence: Under the mentorship of your sales manager, be a lead
generation maestro through field-based prospecting, cold calling,
and networking. • Training and Development: Work closely with
leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and
relationship management. Participate in training opportunities and
stay ahead of industry trends. • Schedule and conduct meetings with
existing and new accounts through telephone calls, targeted email
campaigns, and corporate marketing programs, as directed by Sales
Management. • Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify
customers’ needs and present the Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office
solution to key stakeholders and decision makers, in accordance
with the client’s preference on in person or virtual interaction,
to increase revenue and market share. Qualifications: • Sales
Experience: 1 years of verifiable successful business customer
acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment. •
Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving
environment, displaying outstanding multitasking abilities. •
Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral
communication skills are a must. • Negotiation Experience: Display
effective negotiating and closing skills focusing on the solution.
Preferred Skills: • CRM Expertise: 1 years of experience using CRM
software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Compass, etc. to manage and
maintain customer records. • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1
years of experience leading and maintaining and accurate funnel of
sales opportunities including staging, next steps, and close dates
to support accurate sales forecasting. Ready to embark on a journey
