Job Description Job Description BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical RN Case Manager, Part-Time (RN required) for one our Philadelphia, PA Assistive Care office. Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager: - Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. - Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Philadelphia, PA - Require two full days in the office. - Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. - Supervise staff in the field. - Facilitate new hire skills for new Home Health Aides. - Participate in the training of new aides and in-services for field staff. Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager: - Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. - Supervisory experience.
